  • Expense deposit - Adequate to cover third party reports, legal fees and customary expenses
  • Collateral / Assets - We need collateral to secure loan. Borrower needs to have an exit strategy
  • LTV - 50% to 65%
  • Closing time usually within 7 to 14 business days depending on a situation and co-operation
